The platforms that were chosen for River16 are Instagram and Facebook, as that is where their target audience is found. The strategy we created was put in place to target an audience in the area of Oakville which is where the restaurant is located. Through these platforms, we aim to increase awareness, invite new customers, engage with them and portray a suitable brand image for River16.
